Upon raising the issue, the hotel updated their listing to reflect the pool’s unavailability and adjusted the price accordingly—actions that should have been taken beforehand. Additionally, the room view did not match the descriptions provided, which was another letdown. Overall, the lack of upfront communication and the discrepancy between the advertised and actual amenities made for a disappointing stay. I hope the hotel improves its transparency to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
